| DATIA's 2005-2006 Board of Directors Slate Has Been Approved by the Membership |

DATIA members overwhelmingly approved of the Board of Directors election slate for 2005-2006. There are two new members to the board, and four members who have been re-elected for a three year term.

| DATIA's 10th Anniversary Gala Registration Fee has Been Reduced Tremendously! |

DATIA turned 10 years old this year and to commemorate this milestone, DATIA is having a spectacular party. DATIA's 10th Anniversary Gala will be held on the night of May 14, 2005. There will be an awards ceremony, live music, catered treats and Disney's magical abience.
We are excited to announce that the fee for the gala has been reduced to $25.00! At this low cost, members can not only come to the party, but you can bring family and friends too.
Quite a few attendees have already registered, and DATIA is expecting many more. For those of you who have already registered for the gala at the original registration fee, you will be issued a refund very soon.

Question: Would a state CDL driver need to follow the same regulations as a Federal driver? These drivers are only State required and are not Federal.?
Answer: Drivers with CDL's are required to be tested under the Department of Transportation's 49 CFR Part 40, when they meet the applicability requirements described in section 382.103 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Adminsitration drug and alcohol testing guidelines. Any CDL drivers who do not meet these requirements, must consult with their state to determine if they are effected by any state laws.
